1. MyVidBook VOD service is provided to you by IMAGE PERFECT PVT. LTD.

2. By accessing the MyVidBook VOD you agree on your own behalf and on behalf of each entity and person on whose behalf you act to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions").

3. The MyVidBook VOD may be accessed by WAP-enabled handsets. If your handset is not WAP-enabled you will not be able to access this service.

4. IMAGE PERFECT will not charge users for accessing the MyVidBook VOD. However your Operator may charge you for using the mobile internet. What you pay is dependent on your Operator's own data charges and the amount that you use the service.

5. If you are not the bill payer for the mobile phone, you must get permission from the bill payer before accessing the MyVidBook VOD and downloading Content from the MyVidBook VOD.

6. IMAGE PERFECT may suspend, change, withdraw or cancel the MyVidBook VOD for any reason and at any time.

7. In the event of any dispute regarding the MyVidBook VOD , the decision of MyVidBook VOD shall be binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

8. IMAGE PERFECT reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this website. Your continued use of the MyVidBook VOD after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as modified.

9. You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified MyVidBook VOD from and against all claims, damages, expenses, costs and liabilities arising in any manner from your use of the Content other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. MyVidBook VOD may prevent your access to the Videos and/or the Content if you breach these Terms and Conditions
